mono blue control/mill deck

So my main deck as of far. I need massive help to optimize it.

1x nephalia seakite
1x phantom warrior

1x soulsworn spirit
1x wall of frost

Instant's/sorcery's/enchantments
1x quicken
2x blustersquall
3x dissolve
4x cancel
4x negate
3x frost breath
2x claustrophobia
4x tome scour

Planes walkers

4x jace, memory adept

Question! Are you only using cards from M14?

Nope just made it with m14 and am going to add and in willing to make it modern

Btw there are like 27 islands

I know that there are 2 decent cards, but its b/u:
Mind Funeral and Glimpse the Unthinkable for mill decks.

I made a mill deck for fun with the last standard somewhat mono U, including Nephalia Drownyard, Jace's Phantasm, mind sculpt, and thought scour (good to mess people's scry ability around *cough cough Sir Jeivus), things like that :p

Hey sazaric,

Any thoughts on doing a blue/black mill deck? If you do, you have access to cards like:

-Psychic Strike
-Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker
-Mind Grind

etc, etc...

Psychic strike gives you counterspell capabilities, plus the mill 2 is a bonus. Mirko is just nasty if left unchecked. Also, if you have black you can use duress or the like to discard any of their removals so they cannot kill your creatures.

Right now, looking at your deck list, it seems that a lot of creatures are flying and it seems like more of a flying beatdown deck atm...maybe less creatures and more denials/defense cards until you can get Jace or the like.
