Hi rorzy,

The following Mill cards are Standard tournament legal:

-Jace, Memory Adept (M14)
-Psychic Strike (Gatecrash)
-Tome Scour (M14)
-Traumatize (M14)
-Phyxis of Pandemonium (Theros)
-Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker (Dragon's Maze)
-Codex Shredder (Return to Ravnica)
-Pilfered Plans (Dragon's Maze)
-Consuming Abberation (Gatecrash)
-Balustrade Spy (Gatecrash)
-Undercity Informat (Gatecrash)

Some of these cards are stand-alone strong mill cards, while others are combo cards, meaning that they must need other supporting cards for it to work.

I have been working on a mill deck currently, but on top of mill it also focuses on getting a duskmantle guildmage out and him sticking. Then using Jace, Memory Adept or Traumatize is pretty awesome. It's fun for FNM but I wouldn't take it to the GP..
